Due to ongoing expansion, Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its global team. Reporting to the Head of Sales (GCC) and collaborating with the Commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development. This position requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of independent work. All Fresha employees are required to work from the office five days a week to promote teamwork. The Riyadh office is located at Astrolabs, 3141 Anas Ibn Malik Rd, Al Malqa, Riyadh 13521.

**Responsibilities:**

* Consistently achieve sales targets.
* Engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to generate new business.
* Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demonstrations.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses with potential partners to align Fresha’s solutions with their objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
* Provide feedback on industry trends.
* Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on all commercial matters.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
* Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* A proactive and curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.

**Interview Process:**

* Screen Call: Video call with a member of the Talent Team (30 minutes).
* Skills & Experience: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes).
* Presentation: Video interview with the Hiring Team (75 minutes).
