Key Accountabilities 

  • Drive systematic growth, achieving sales targets and promoting the company as a premier FM service provider in the UAE.
  • Develop a detailed sales plan targeting specific industries and clients to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
  • Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, and potential; evaluate options; resolve internal priorities; recommend equity investments.
  • Develop negotiating strategies by studying new venture integration with company strategies and operations; examine risks and potentials; estimate partners’ needs and goals.
  • Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new deals.
  • Oversee all bidding processes, review pricing and documents for submission, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, and attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop quotes and proposals, ensuring timely tender submissions, and meet development goals for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all Authority requirements and oversee the development of marketing literature, writing reports, and providing management with feedback.
  • Implement SOP for commercial activities, ensuring quality documentation is maintained at all times.
  • Drive revenue growth, manage performance in line with KPIs, and prepare reports for the Business Development Department.
  • Propose and plan employee engagement and motivational initiatives, follow up with existing clients and internal departments for tender submissions.
  • Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Policies and Procedures, internal audit observations, and manage tasks as required by management.
