About the Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories or market portfolios. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories or market portfolios. Building and maintaining strong business relationships with partners and distributors. Developing and implementing strategic annual sales plans to drive growth and achieve targets. Conducting market assessments to prioritize resource allocation and maximize growth potential. Negotiating agreements and managing terms to ensure profitable outcomes for Dyson and partners. Leading cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to guide investment and execution decisions. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to drive improvements and meet targets. Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to customers to showcase Dyson’s technology and solutions. Driving the development and execution of joint business development plans with partners. Fostering networking and knowledge-sharing across teams to contribute to collective success. About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, with experience in senior-level account negotiations. Ability to assess market potential and prioritize opportunities for growth. Analytical mindset with the capability to extract insights from data to drive business decisions. Strategic planning capability with the ability to manage complexity across multiple markets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Financial acumen and accountability for managing market-specific Profit and Loss statements. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for transformation and innovation. High level of integrity and professionalism in business dealings. Fluency in English.
