Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients across the fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare sectors. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, conducting market research, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company’s expansion and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and business growth.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in Fragrance, Cosmetics, Skincare, or Personal Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
