Job Description:**Business Development Executive – Logistics/SaaS Sales**

HNDL, a rapidly expanding fleet management start-up specializing in SaaS-based logistics solutions, seeks a Business Development Executive to contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition and management within the FMCG, Construction, and Transportation sectors.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify and acquire new clients within targeted industries (FMCG, Construction, Logistics) through networking and strategic outreach.
* Expedite sales cycles utilizing a pre-existing database and/or developing a new database.
* Present HNDL’s SaaS fleet management platform, tailoring solutions to address specific client needs.
* Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within logistics and supply chain departments.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position HNDL within the market.
* Manage a structured sales pipeline and achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets.

**Qualifications:**

* 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, FMCG, Construction, or SaaS sales.
* Demonstrated ability to prospect and close deals.
* Proficiency in solution selling.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of market intelligence and competitive analysis.
* Effective pipeline management skills.

Skills:

  • 1-3 years in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Logistics, or Fleet Management* (FMCG/Construction industry exposure is a plus).  
  • Strong “Hunter Mentality” – Ability to generate leads, pitch and close deals quickly.  
  • Familiarity with logistics processes, fleet operations or SaaS tools is preferred.
