Eaton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for its Industrial Controls and Variable Frequency Drives business across industrial, infrastructure, OEM, and commercial construction segments in the Middle East. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and grow sales within the Middle East region by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across industrial automation.
* Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with company goals.
* Meet or exceed revenue targets for industrial controls, VFDs, and related products.
* Provide training and support to the internal sales team, as well as channel partners, distributors, and OEMs.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on industrial controls, motor control systems, and VFDs.
* Assist customers with application engineering and design selections.
* Provide regular reports to management on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
* Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, customer service, and engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* Ten to twelve years of experience in a similar field.
**Skills:**
* In-depth knowledge of industrial controls and automation.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships.
* Business planning acumen.
* Strategic thinking and leadership attributes.
