Job Description:Formally, the role encompasses the following responsibilities: Conduct analysis and comprehensive documentation of business requirements pertaining to the archiving, retrieval, and utilization of media content; design and execute analytical frameworks for evaluating archive utilization, content valuation, and data integrity; collaborate with technical teams to optimize digital archiving systems, metadata structures, and content classification models; monitor and generate reports on archive performance metrics, completeness, and alignment with strategic objectives; provide support to stakeholders through the generation of insights and reports derived from archived media content to facilitate informed strategic decision-making; maintain detailed documentation regarding archive architecture, operational workflows, and data governance protocols; ensure adherence to established information management standards and relevant governmental regulations concerning media data; contribute to the development of data models and taxonomies pertinent to media asset classification; and perform gap analyses with recommendations for enhancements to media content lifecycle processes.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Media Studies, Data Analytics, Library Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or media archiving.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems, metadata standards, and archiving best practices.
- Understanding of broadcast, audiovisual, or digital content workflows is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and governmental teams.
- Experience in the public sector or media organizations is preferred.
