Job Description

A.    JOB PURPOSE:

To add-value to the firm from his level of work through the effective and efficient management of Business Communication Unit “BCU” that support the company business planning, coordination, reporting, and follow up.

B.     JOB ROLE:

The job basic role is to plan, lead, organize and control “PLOC” the direction and focus of the BCU and CEO office in accordance with the company vales, principles, and policies.

C.     Effectiveness & Efficiency Approach:

In executing any responsibility, he needs to act EFFECTIVELY (sort and organize tasks priority-wise and start with the most important 1st, then execute it EFFICENTLY (least cost, least time, least effort) when possible.

D.    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. PLAN: To ensure effective leading of the coordination of the process of setting the annual plan as per the planning policy/ protocol including the call for budgeting and using the approved planning formats. Follow up with all managers in a quarterly bases or when requested by CEO to update and amend plans/ budget.
  2. EXECUTE: Support the CEO in all follow-ups and communications related to plan execution with different stakeholders.
  3. TRACK & REPORT: To ensure effective & efficient leading of the following coordination missions:
  4. Coordination of business meetings (monthly/quarterly) as per the meeting calendar and protocol.
  5. Collecting reports / KPI’s from department heads that make the Performance tracking possible.
  6. ORGANIZATION BUILDING: To ensure effective contribution to the organizational building systems building, (system, policies, procedures, SOP’s etc.), compliance, and supporting the auditing function in making their job successful.
  7. PEOPLE BUILDING: ensure ongoing self-development in term of KSA (work knowledge, skills, & challenge/monitor attitudes).
  8. ASSETS: To ensure the safety and security of all company assets under his direct responsibility.
  9. REPUTATION: To ensure the company’s reputation is enhanced and ensure security and confidentiality of JCC information.

8.      TECHNICAL RESPONASBLITIES: To ensure effective (prioritized) & efficient (time / cost / effort) handling for the BCU activities/ tasks as per the work manuals / standards/ SOP’s covering the following:

a.   Coordinating all the annual / quarterly PRE-planning and budgeting communications.

b.   Handle the follow up with managers reporting to the CEO related to plans execution reports/ information.

c.    Preparation of business reports/ dashboard with approved KPI’s and analysis.

d.   Coordinate the management business meetings and the post-meetings follow up.

e.   The CEO personal affairs (appointments, travelling etc), correspondences, and appointments.
