Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from clients and documenting them.
- Create test scripts, verifying requirements and testing.
- Conduct pre-release demonstrations.
- Create end user training manuals.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
- Ensure that the issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist in adherence to project deadlines and schedules.
- Deliver consistent high-quality services to clients.
