Overview of the role:
This role provides support on pricing, weekly, monthly and annual reporting, and maintaining database for aftersales. This will also support the branch for contracts and system issues through service desk for faster response and resolution time.
What you will do:
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reports.
- Responsible for annual target setting.
- Maintenance of records of aftersales KPI database to be used for forecasting and budgeting.
- Create corporate pricing based on deals and tender proposal for corporate customers’ request.
- Maintenance and update of parts pricing related to service contracts.
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist all branches service staff by answering their queries and resolving their system related issues.
- Reduce WIP and assist end user quickly in case of staff discount, special parts discount, invoice reversal/ Kms correction, package deletion from the order, split deletion, package not working, change part in the package and time clocking issues.
- Support frontline through Service Contracts Service Desk for Contract Transfer, Contract Termination, Refund Pay-out Requests and Contract Re-instatement
Skills
Required skills to be successful:
- Business/pricing analyst experience
- Being a power user of Excel
- Automotive aftersales background
- Analytic minded
About the Team:
This role will be reporting to Aftersales Operations Manager wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the busy EV organization.
What Equips You For The Role:
- 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Business Analyst/Pricing Analyst background is essential
- Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.
- Experience in Alteryx / Tableau.
