**Position Overview:**

This full-time, on-site position of Business Administration (Finance & HR) is based in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt. The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing financial reports, utilizing accounting software for transaction processing and journal entries, and overseeing human resource functions. These functions include maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and managing recruitment processes. Furthermore, the role encompasses administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office organization, and managing office supplies.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Accounting (60%):**

* Establish and maintain accounting systems and procedures compliant with Egyptian legal requirements and the organization’s global policies.
* Manage all facets of accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank transactions, and monthly closing procedures.
* Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, etc.) as required, and liaise with relevant tax authorities.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to the Global Finance Team.
* Monitor and report on project-related costs and expenditures.
* Serve as a point of contact for external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions, as necessary.

2. **HR & Administration (40%):**

* Manage labor registration and facilitate initial employee onboarding in accordance with local labor laws.
* Assist in drafting employment contracts, establishing payroll processes, and developing other HR procedures.
* Support workplace setup activities, including licensing, office logistics, government liaison, and vendor coordination.
* Serve as the primary local contact for HR/Admin-related inquiries and communicate with the Global HR Team.
* Ensure all records, contracts, and HR/Admin documentation are properly filed and compliant with applicable regulations.
