We are seeking a highly qualified Brand Storytelling Director to develop and execute the brand’s narrative strategy across all communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping audience perception of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging, emotional resonance, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include: leading the development and implementation of a cohesive brand storytelling strategy; collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling narratives; overseeing the creation of multi-channel content encompassing video, social media, blogs, email, and experiential campaigns; ensuring brand messaging resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining consistency in tone and style; analyzing audience feedback and campaign performance to optimize storytelling approaches; mentoring and guiding creative teams and content creators on storytelling best practices; and remaining current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and cultural shifts to inform innovative storytelling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in brand strategy, storytelling, or content leadership. Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills are essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and audience engagement. The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, emotionally compelling narratives is paramount, along with demonstrated leadership skills to inspire teams and foster creative collaboration.

Preferred qualifications include experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or experiential marketing; familiarity with data-driven storytelling and audience analytics; and knowledge of global branding and multicultural marketing strategies.
