**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the pharmacy branch, ensuring a secure, compliant, and high-performance environment for staff and patients alike.
* Provide direct leadership and supervision to shift managers, pharmacists, and pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
* Establish clear performance objectives for staff and facilitate their achievement through coaching, mentorship, and consistent feedback.
* Coordinate and monitor daily pharmacy activities, ensuring efficient workflow and seamless shift transitions.
* Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, patient safety standards, and internal control procedures.
* Contribute to the enhancement of the pharmacy’s clinical service offerings, such as blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring.
* Propose and implement innovative strategies to expand the pharmacy’s service portfolio and augment its positive impact on the community.
Skills:
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy management or supervisory roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid pharmacy practice license in Egypt.
- Military service certificate (for male candidates).
- A patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
