Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff to achieve branch goals.
- Implement and uphold the SYE English Community’s teaching methodologies and standards.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
- Coordinate with the central management team to align branch objectives with organizational goals.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage branch budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Organize and promote community events, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements relevant to branch operations.
