We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. Delivering a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Restaurant Managers ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently. They seek to provide customers with pleasant dining experiences that live up to brand standards. Their efforts, which include effectively managing employees, are ultimately geared towards safeguarding the profitability of the restaurant.In effect, an general management, administration, customer services, human resources, supply chain & procurement, health and safety, compliance, accounting & marketing – all rolled into one. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operationsDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsRegularly review product quality and research new vendorsOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsManage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve itControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesPromote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operationsGreeting and advising customersDelivering F&B service to satisfy customer expectationsFostering positive customer relationsEnsuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulationsEstablishing and maintaining policies and protocolsKeeping abreast of inventory and ordering suppliesMonitoring product quality and handling vendor

Job Requirements :

Requirements and skillsProven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar roleProven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staffFamiliarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorksStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcute financial management skillsBSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plusExcellent leadership skills
