تعلن شركة Sun Power Egy عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بدوام كامل في مقر الشركة بالقاهرة لوظيفة مدير فرع. يضطلع مدير الفرع بمسؤولية قيادة العمليات اليومية للفرع، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة، وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة. تشمل مهام الوظيفة إدارة وتحفيز فريق العمل بالفرع بهدف تحقيق التميز التشغيلي ونمو الإيرادات.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان سلاسة وكفاءة أداء الفرع.
* إدارة وتدريب الموظفين، وتوزيع المهام، ومراقبة الأداء، ودعم التطوير الوظيفي.
* وضع وتنفيذ خطط عمل شهرية وربع سنوية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية.
* تحسين تجربة العملاء من خلال معالجة الاستفسارات والشكاوى بكفاءة.
* مراقبة مستويات المخزون واتجاهات المبيعات، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءات التشغيل.
* إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء الفرع والوضع المالي والمشكلات التشغيلية.
* المشاركة في تطوير استراتيجيات توسيع نطاق عمل الفرع والتحسينات التشغيلية.

Qualifications
Proven experience in branch management, sales management, or operational leadership roles.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills to drive results.
Experience in developing and executing business strategies and operational plans.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
Solid financial acumen in budgeting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
Strong skills in staff training and professional development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector or electrical products market is a strong plus
