Job Description :

• branch manager’s responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location’s revenues.• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.• Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.• Prepare reports on sales.• Create and maintain relationships with clients.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience Food and beverageMust have Store Manger experience of not less than 5 to 8 years.Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.Able to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.Friendly, customer-oriented personality.Professional attitude and appearance at all times.English language: GoodComputer skills: Good.Salary: Very good packageGender: Malesage 30:40 years
