Charterhouse is working exclusively with a Luxury Jewellery Brand who are looking to hire an experienced manager to run their Dubai Mall Flagship Boutique.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for luxury retail to join a reputable high-end jewellery brand with a fast-growing presence across the Middle East Region. The main purpose of this role will be to develop and maintain the VIP client network, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve their KPI’s, whilst maintaining a strong presence leading by example on the shop floor, acting as an ambassador of the brand.
You will conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends reporting to HQ to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions.
