Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Boutique Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Giza, Cairo. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Boutique Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. You will handle all guest inquiries, process reservations, check-in and check-out guests, and assist with any special requests or needs. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized reception area, handle cash transactions, and provide general administrative support to the hotel management team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Handle all guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process reservations and manage room availability
- Assist with any special requests or needs, such as arranging transportation, booking tours, or making restaurant reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a boutique hotel setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
