Job Description:**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
تتضمن المسؤوليات الرئيسية تطوير وإدارة نماذج معلومات البناء ثلاثية الأبعاد (BIM) مفصلة لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV)، بما في ذلك أنظمة المراقبة التلفزيونية، والتحكم في الدخول، وإنذار الحريق، وإدارة المباني، وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات/البيانات، وأنظمة الصوت والصورة، وأنظمة النداء العام. يتضمن ذلك أيضاً تنسيق نماذج الجهد المنخفض جداً مع التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة لضمان تصاميم خالية من التعارض وقابلة للتنفيذ، وتفسير رسومات وتخطيطات ومواصفات تصميم الجهد المنخفض جداً بدقة ضمن أدوات تأليف نماذج معلومات البناء (مثل Revit و AutoCAD و Navisworks). كما يشمل التعاون مع منسقي ومهندسي نماذج معلومات البناء لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب والامتثال لمعايير نماذج معلومات البناء الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات المشروع المحددة، والمشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق نماذج معلومات البناء والمساهمة في حل المشكلات متعددة التخصصات، وإنشاء رسومات ورش عمل وجداول وكميات دقيقة من نماذج معلومات البناء، وتنفيذ ومتابعة خطط تنفيذ نماذج معلومات البناء (BEP) ومعايير النمذجة الخاصة بالمشروع، ودعم مهندسي الجهد المنخفض جداً في مراجعات وتحديثات التصميم حسب الحاجة طوال مراحل المشروع.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven BIM modeling experience in ELV systems within high-rise residential or hospitality projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Working knowledge of BIM 360, Clash Detection, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Familiarity with ELV design concepts and international standards (BS, NFPA, etc.).
- Knowledge of COBie, IFC exports, and LOD standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP) or equivalent BIM certification.
- Experience working with a design consultancy or developer design studio is an advantage.
- Previous regional experience (Middle East or North Africa) is preferred.
