Job Description:باستخدام برامج نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) مثل Revit و Navisworks، يتم تطوير نماذج MEP ثلاثية الأبعاد، والتنسيق مع الفرق المعمارية والإنشائية لضمان حلول تصميم متكاملة. يتم إجراء الكشف عن التعارضات وحل مشكلات التنسيق باستخدام Navisworks أو أدوات مماثلة. يتم إعداد رسومات MEP مفصلة ووثائق للبناء. يتم الحفاظ على معايير BIM وضمان الامتثال لبروتوكولات الشركة/المشروع. يتم دعم فرق المشروع بتحديثات النموذج، والتعديلات، وفحوصات مراقبة الجودة، والمشاركة في اجتماعات التصميم والتنسيق.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
