Job Description:**رسمي:**
Develop, implement, and enforce Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies, standards, and workflows in accordance with organizational and project objectives, ISO standards, and industry best practices. This includes defining information management protocols, facilitating collaboration through communication and digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery of BIM outputs, resolving technical challenges, providing training and support, and verifying compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
Skills:
- Proficiency in BIM Software such as Revit, Navisworks, Telka Structures, Bentley Systems, or other related tools.
- Knowledge of CAD software and its integration with BIM tools.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, 4D Scheduling, and 5D cost management in the BIM context.
- Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or BS 1192
- Strong Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate between different project teams (Architects, engineers, contactors) and ensure BIM standards are followed.
- Experience in developing and enforcing BIM Execution plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ability to train and mentor staff on BIM processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction workflow and how BIM integrates with project management, procurement, and operations.
- Ability to implement new technologies and methodologies that improve the efficiency and quality of BIM processes.
- BIM Manager Certification from organizations like RICS, BuildingSMART, or AIA.
- Certification in Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools.
