**Job Description:**
Raffles the Red Sea, located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, seeks a qualified Beverage Manager to join its luxury hospitality team. The Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering innovation in beverage offerings.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement innovative beverage menus aligned with the brand’s luxury standards and guest preferences.
* Manage inventory, pricing, and cost control across all beverage outlets.
* Lead and mentor a team of beverage professionals, providing training and development opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to formulate and execute strategic plans for beverage operations.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize beverage offerings and maximize revenue.
* Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
* Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Organize and supervise special events, promotions, and beverage-related activities.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
* Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
* Proficiency in beverage-related software and point-of-sale systems.
* Current Food Safety certification.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is desirable.
* Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and customs is preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage management within luxury hotels or resorts
Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, with a Sommelier certification preferred
Proven track record in menu development, pricing strategies, and inventory management
