**Pullman Hotels: Bell Attendant**
Pullman Hotels offer innovative and engaging environments, and we are seeking a Bell Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Assisting guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
* Providing information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
* Coordinating transportation services, such as buggies or shuttle services, ensuring timely and efficient transfers while maintaining safety and comfort standards.
* Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining room features and amenities.
* Addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining a neat and organized bell desk and lobby area.
* Assisting with valet parking services as needed.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
