Job Description
- Consistently prepare coffee products by following established recipes and presentation standards, and ensuring high-quality products for all customers.
- Support the Business Development Manager in attracting new customers by providing detailed demonstrations of the coffee products, including blend, origin, preparation techniques, and usage recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Operate, prepare, and clean coffee machines to ensure proper functioning and hygienic use.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, with the goal of providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the business.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experienced in coffee, including but not limited to brewing techniques, origins, equipment, etc.
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
