Job Description :
Participate in the department activities.Help in achieving the department targets.Participate in negotiations with Banks to reach the best contracting terms for MSMEDA and for end borrowers.Participate in negotiations with Banks to execute Donors terms.Follow up on all activities related to financing banks to re-finance and take all the necessary corrective actions. Perform all the required department tasks.
Job Requirements :
Should have University Degree (Economics, Commerce (Accounting- Business Administration) Preferably has experience or practice in credit work with at least (1-3) years.Preferably having a professional Certificate in Credit.Good knowledge of principals and basics of lending and accounting skills.Understanding and communicating ideas.Strong observation skill, spotting errors and differences.Presentable.MS office proficient.Application of work methods and procedures.Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines.Collection and classification of information and accuracy in performing the work.Excellent verbal and written communications skills, positive attitude.Familiarity with English language.Personal skills development.
