The incumbent will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives. This includes cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations. A core function will involve conducting comprehensive needs assessments to ascertain client requirements and subsequently tailoring solutions to meet specific objectives. The incumbent will present, promote, and sell products or services to both existing and prospective business clients, and will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals and achieve predetermined sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients. Furthermore, the incumbent will maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions within CRM systems. Continuous professional development is expected through monitoring industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Participation in virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events is required to expand the professional network. Finally, the incumbent will provide regular feedback and insights to management to facilitate the ongoing refinement of sales strategies.
