Job Description:FormatRx, a leading prototyping center located in New Cairo, seeks to recruit a highly motivated B2B Account Manager to facilitate business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing contracts of substantial value (EGP 50,000+) with manufacturers, startups, and engineers, effectively promoting our range of advanced 3D printing, bespoke mechanical design, and rapid prototyping solutions catering to industries such as manufacturing and technology. Applicants should possess 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, fluency in both Arabic and English, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Responsibilities encompass managing the entire sales cycle and cultivating enduring client relationships. The compensation package includes a monthly salary of EGP 8,000–10,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a commission structure of 2–5%, with the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Egypt’s prototyping landscape.
Skills:
We seek an engineer with a Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of B2B sales or client management experience, ideally in tech or manufacturing. You’ll pitch FormatRx’s solutions—advanced 3D printing, custom mechanical design, and rapid prototyping—to manufacturers and startups, closing EGP 50,000+ contracts. Fluency in Arabic and English, basic CRM skills (e.g., HubSpot, Excel), and a proactive startup mindset are essential. Based in Greater Cairo, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving client relationships and revenue growth.
