The School of Aviation at the Australian University (AU) invites applications for faculty positions at the level of Trainer with a wealth of experience in Aviation Maintenance Engineering. Successful candidates shall have a demonstrated ability in training and assessment in aviation maintenance engineering subjects.

To this end, AU seeks experienced faculty members that are keen to be part of this dynamic institution that matches the above-mentioned positions to join the School of Aviation Engineering, potentially commencing August 15th, 2022. As per current needs, priority will be given to candidates with expertise as licensed aircraft engineers. Skills
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Category B1.1 and Category B2 – License holder.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in part 145 organization
- Have experience and be able to demonstrate excellence in training and assessment.
- Training and assessment qualifications appropriate to the position.
- Be willing and able to engage in curriculum development.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in the English Language; and
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
