Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

This position encompasses the following responsibilities:

**Accounts Receivable:**

* Examine customer accounts, focusing on those associated with vehicle purchases, by reviewing account statements to ensure full payment and verifying the accuracy of customer data within the system.
* Review vehicle documentation prior to submission to the Administrative Department.
* Generate sales invoices for customers.
* Prepare client files for vehicle delivery approval.
* Reconcile checks and customer collections against bank statements.
* Monitor and pursue the collection of post-dated checks on their respective due dates.
* Track customer bank deposits and reconcile them with their account statements.
* Calculate and review sales commissions for sales staff.
* Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
* Monitor the daily performance of the accounting teams in branch locations.
* Organize financial data for optimal usability and maintain current records.
* Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

**General Accounts:**

* Participate in the preparation of the company’s balance sheet on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Monitor branch accountants regarding cash management and related tasks.

**Taxes:**

* Prepare and submit the final Value Added Tax (VAT) declaration for car sales to the department head.

**Banks:**

* Review the company’s credit accounts.
* Reconcile bank accounts with the accounting system and prepare settlement memoranda as needed.

**Reporting:**

* Generate monthly sales reports.
* Provide reports on outstanding client balances.
* Prepare monthly financial statement reports.
