Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the following duties:

1. Supporting the development of security plans for all company sites.
2. Assisting in the selection of security posts and personnel to fulfill security requirements.
3. Contributing to the creation of monthly shift schedules for both internal and external security staff.
4. Analyzing daily reports from camera surveillance personnel and determining appropriate actions.
5. Examining camera recordings and documenting security breaches within the facility.
6. Participating in weekly meetings with security supervisors to reinforce security protocols and responsibilities.
7. Analyzing reported deficiencies and challenges to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
8. Conducting investigations into security violations and incidents, maintaining communication with relevant individuals.
9. Supporting the development and maintenance of the ISO 28000 Supply Chain Security standard.
10. Contributing to the development and maintenance of site-specific security risk assessments.
11. Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system.
12. Ensuring the effective resolution of relevant customer complaints.
13. Ensuring warehouse operations adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and directives.
14. Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies, standards, objectives, and training.
15. Reporting all incidents, including accidents and near misses.
16. Participating in relevant risk assessments.
17. Adhering to environmental management standards, objectives, and training.
18. Reporting all environmental incidents immediately.
