About the Role: Associate Business Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding our customers’ business challenges and processes, documenting their needs, and providing functional requirements to translate these needs into effective SITA solutions across various portfolios. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will ensure that solutions align with SITA’s processes, validate and refine customer requirements, manage change requests, and propose technical solutions and pricing models that meet business objectives, ensuring financial profitability and supporting business growth. You will play a key role in reinforcing our position as a trusted strategic partner by leveraging our diverse culture, expertise, and global presence to provide consultative solutions. Reporting to the Senior Business Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Consultancy team within the MEA Business Transformation Team, collaborating closely with the Innovation and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for the sales team in supporting customer engagements. Analyze and meticulously document customer requirements and business processes. Collaborate with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business models and develop sound technical solutions to address their specific needs. Provide customers with comprehensive and up-to-date information on SITA products, product enhancements, and new solutions through meetings and workshops. Develop basic business cases, based on standard pricing models, to secure management support while ensuring SITA’s profitability. Act as a source of commercial expertise by leveraging knowledge of SITA’s existing customers, contracts, products, markets, and competitors. Perform basic data analysis and generate insightful reports. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a seamless transition of projects for implementation. Work closely with the Marketing team to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving product/service value propositions and lead generation. Collaborate closely with the Innovation team to participate in customer workshops and new initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience: Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis. Experience in the aviation industry. Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a strong digital curiosity with adaptability. Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, creative, and innovative mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. Strong customer focus. Ability to work independently and effectively within diverse groups at various levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Desirable Skills & Experience: Understanding of airport operations. Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools. Curiosity about how AI, predictive analytics, and automation can improve aviation operations.
