Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Take overall responsibility for leading the Employee Benefits department, setting and achieving business targets, guiding the team, and ensuring procedural adherence.
– Ensure compliance with renewal procedures, timely submission of quotes, and employ negotiation strategies for high renewal retention.
– Respond promptly to new business inquiries, provide tailored quotations, and implement strategies for high conversion rates.
– Maintain excellent customer service for key accounts, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
– Respond to mails within stipulated time frames, settle reimbursement claims promptly, and arrange necessary coverage for endorsements.
– Develop strong relationships with insurers and existing clients through regular visits.
– Assist marketing staff in client meetings and help achieve target premiums.
– Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, providing clients with proper advice.
– Ensure accuracy in policy document management and timely release.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support accounts team in premium collection.
– Maintain operational excellence in systems, efficiency, and professionalism.
Requirements
– Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII are mandatory.
– Minimum 8 years of experience in medical insurance.
– Strong technical knowledge in medical operations.
– Experience in team handling.
– Exceptional in multitasking, assertive communication, and strategic thinking.
– Strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results.
