The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards. Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback. Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledge. Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency. Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations. Proactively resolve guest concerns and service escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.
