The main duties and responsibilities of this role
Present a professional and welcoming demeanor to arriving customers, efficiently allocate and seat guests, and ensure a full understanding of the sequence of service standards.
Manage customer complaints and feedback calmly and professionally, gather all relevant information, and communicate issues to management.
Manage the booking system to optimize reservations, maximize covers, and ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
Have comprehensive knowledge of all products, confidently describe them to customers, and take orders accurately by asking relevant questions.
Handle function bookings, liaise with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams and clients to ensure seamless and well-planned events.
Understand and comply with local licensing laws, promote responsible alcohol service, and make simple decisions to positively impact work and customer experience.
About You
3-5 years of experience in a luxury Hotel.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other relevant field.
Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced).
Problem solving.
Leadership and team management skills.
