Assistant Manager – Call Center Sales

Job Description:The responsibilities of this position encompass the following key areas:

**I. Sales and Strategy:**

* Formulation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies designed to achieve or surpass established company revenue objectives.
* Management and optimization of the entire sales funnel, encompassing lead generation through final conversion.
* Enhancement of team performance through the consistent monitoring and improvement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Lead Response Time, Call Handling Time, First Call Resolution, and Conversion Rates.

**II. Call Center Operations:**

* Supervision and support of an inbound and/or outbound call center sales team.
* Monitoring and evaluation of call quality and sales scripts to ensure adherence to brand standards and regulatory compliance.
* Optimization of dialer strategies, call scheduling, and lead segmentation to maximize outreach effectiveness.
* Tracking and reporting of essential metrics, including calls per agent, contact rate, conversion rate, average talk time, and abandonment rate.

**III. Team Leadership and Development:**

* Coaching, mentoring, and leadership of a high-performing sales team to enhance skills and improve conversion success rates.
* Establishment of daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals; conduct of performance reviews and provision of regular feedback.
* Organization of training programs focused on product knowledge, objection handling, and upselling techniques.

**IV. Analytics and Reporting:**

* Tracking of pertinent sales metrics and KPIs, including: Call-to-Lead Ratio, Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate, Sales per Agent, Revenue per Call, and Average Handling Time (AHT).
* Provision of actionable insights derived from CRM and call analytics tools.
* Preparation of performance dashboards and comprehensive reports for senior management review.
