Job Description:As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the incumbent will assist in overseeing housekeeping operations to ensure the delivery of an exceptional Guest and Member experience. This role requires supporting the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive Housekeeper and monitoring adherence to established standards. Specific responsibilities, to be executed at the highest level, include:
* Assisting with the oversight of Housekeeping/Laundry operations.
* Supporting the implementation of Brand Standard reviews, amendments, and deletions.
* Contributing to the achievement of departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping Team Members, with a focus on training and teamwork.
* Providing support in managing, training, and developing the team.
* Ensuring the provision of excellent guest service.
* Monitoring proper usage of, and compliance with, hazardous chemical and hazard communication programs.
* Managing inventory of keys and overseeing Lost & Found procedures.
* Reviewing SALT responses, sharing results with the team on a daily basis, and developing improvement plans as required.
* Monitoring housekeeping services in Recreation and Food & Beverage areas on a regular basis.
* Liaising with the engineering department to organize maintenance projects and maintain the property in optimal condition.
