Job Description:**Subject: Engineering Assistant Manager Opportunity at Four Seasons Red Sea**
**About the Location:**
The Red Sea destination, poised to become a leading luxury beachside locale in the region, encompasses pristine natural islands and lagoons stretching along a 200-kilometer expanse of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s western coastline, situated between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The forthcoming Four Seasons Resort will be strategically positioned on Shura Island, the central hub of this development. Shura Island boasts a yacht marina, an array of leisure and lifestyle amenities, retail establishments, an 18-hole golf course, and various other attractions.
The Red Sea project prioritizes sustainable practices and tourism. The master plan is informed by a comprehensive marine spatial planning simulation, designed to model the environmental impact of development and operations. This approach aims to minimize the potential for over-tourism while concurrently providing guests with an unparalleled travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will utilize renewable energy sources and limit development to a fraction of the islands, dedicating expansive areas to conservation efforts.
The Four Seasons Resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, each offering unobstructed vistas of white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also include six distinct restaurant and lounge venues, dedicated meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, a “Kids for All Seasons” facility, and additional amenities. Guests can anticipate a diverse range of experiences, from relaxation and leisure to sport and water activities. Facilities include a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two designated beach areas catering to both families and adults, ideal for sunbathing and exploring the vibrant coral reefs.
