Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the hotel sales team.
  • Cultivate and manage key client relationships, including corporate, group, and leisure segments.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the hotel.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities impacting the hotel.
  • Collaborate with revenue management on pricing and inventory optimization for the hotel.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports specific to Hotel performance.
  • Assist in budget development and forecasting for the hotel’s sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • [3+] years of hotel sales experience with proven success.
  • Strong sales acumen and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel sales and operations.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales software (e.g., PMS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hotels experience is a MUST
