Our client is looking for someone to fill this newly created role In this role you will proactively assist the Accounts and Administration Manager, and support other team members. This job is a mix between Finance and Administration. The above salary is inclusive of the annual flight ticket allowance.
Description:
- Accounts work, including invoicing
- Budgets
- Managing cash flow and bank accounts
- Chasing debtors and following up on collections
- Taxes, including VAT
- Procurement
- Payments, payroll, and expenses
- Monthly reporting
- Annual audit
- Contract Management
- IT and asset management
- Any compliance requirements
- Visa, health insurance and employee administration
- General office administration
Skills
Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have UAE/GCC experience
- Must have an Accountancy qualification
- Able to make good decisions whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Highly organized and able to assist on multiple projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/CRM systems/ accounting systems
- Good presentation, reporting and administration skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines and commitments – good time management
- Must currently reside in the UAE
