Job Description:**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* تطبيق الخبرات والمواهب في البيئة الصفية لتعريف الطلاب بفنونها وتقاليدها المتنوعة.
* العمل مع الطلاب على اختلاف مستوياتهم لتشجيعهم ومساعدتهم على التعبير عن أنفسهم من خلال الفن.
* تحفيز الإبداع وتطبيق أساليب تدريس متنوعة في مختلف الوسائط الفنية.
* توجيه التعبير عن المشاعر المختلفة مثل الغضب والحب والألم والفرح.
* ضمان السلامة في التعامل مع المواد الفنية.
* تخطيط منهج شامل، وطلب اللوازم وجردها.
* الحفاظ على نظافة وأمان مساحة عمل الأطفال.
* إظهار الفهم لأنواع الفنون المختلفة، والموهبة الشخصية في الإبداع، والقدرة على تعليم المهارات للآخرين.
* الوفاء بجميع مسؤوليات وواجبات معلم الفصل والحفاظ على النظام داخل الفصل.
* تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience teaching art at the elementary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of various art forms, techniques, and art history.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and instruction.
- Experience organizing art exhibitions or student showcases is a plus.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
