**Overview**

The Designer role requires an individual with a refined design sensibility, proficiency in photo manipulation and compositing techniques, and the capacity to conceptualize and execute original visual approaches. The successful candidate will develop visual solutions that resonate with clients, prospects, employees, and the broader market, thereby enhancing brand engagement. This position entails the generation of creative concepts that align with both client and business objectives, while upholding the company’s standards of creative excellence and professionalism. The Designer will manage projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

**Responsibilities**

* **Technical & Product:** Possess demonstrable technical design skills across a range of software applications, exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of each platform’s optimal application. Demonstrate a commitment to producing compelling, engaging, and innovative work. Conceptualize and implement innovative strategies that generate public discourse. Anticipate potential outcomes for each creative concept. Generate and design visuals for various on- and offline channels. Create branded layouts and experiences, applying graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and photographic selection, to develop compelling and visually appealing narratives for target audiences.
* **Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:** Exhibit organizational aptitude and maintain composure under pressure to meet project deadlines. Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and contribute to a supportive team environment. Articulate creative concepts clearly and concisely. Understand communication as an integrated holistic approach. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, web design principles, and Adobe Premiere for assembling audiovisual models. Possess motion graphic skills. Demonstrate experience in creating and designing offline and online campaigns. High level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility. Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSS Instagram, Facebook, etc.
* **Innovative & Analytical Mindset:** Conceive, develop, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals. Exercise responsibility for the proper placement, context, and meaning of all images and graphic elements within a creative assignment. Develop creative ideas that meet both our client’s objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism. Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team. Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors. Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.

**Qualifications**

* A minimum of five years of agency experience with a primary focus on Art, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing a range of original ideas and superior craftsmanship.
* An artistic aptitude, viewing all surfaces, channels, and mediums as opportunities for creative expression.
* A strong understanding of social media platforms, online media vernacular, and associated technologies.
* The capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
* The ability to interact effectively and professionally with colleagues across various levels and disciplines.
