Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Strategic Leadership):**

> Direct the strategic conceptualization and implementation of visual creative initiatives across diverse platforms and campaigns. Supervise and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets. Collaborate extensively with copywriters, marketing teams, and clients to cultivate cohesive and impactful brand narratives. Oversee the development and enforcement of brand style guides to maintain consistency in all visual communications. Present creative concepts and campaign proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to optimize final deliverables. Manage concurrent projects effectively, balancing creative vision with adherence to timelines and budgetary limitations. Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output. Review and approve all visual materials prior to final production or dissemination. Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and freelancers as required to achieve project objectives. Advocate for a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
