**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and finalize comprehensive **architectural tender packages**, encompassing **working drawings** and **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)**.
* Generate and refine intricate **architectural elements** and specifications for large-scale projects.
* Oversee the **development of architectural details**, ensuring complete integration with construction methodologies.
* Convert conceptual and schematic designs into detailed design development packages.
* Collaborate closely with on-site teams to guarantee constructability and provide technical assistance during the construction phase.
* Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, including structural and MEP, to facilitate seamless integration.
* Perform precise **quantity surveying** and review material take-offs for architectural components.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster motivation and facilitate the achievement of objectives.
