Job Description:

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical documentation in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed bills of quantities for architectural works.
Review and interpret architectural designs, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and ensure timely material submittals.
Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical queries to consultants and clients.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on technical office activities to project management.
Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize design solutions and project costs.
Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with company procedures.
Support the site team with technical guidance and resolve on-site architectural challenges as they arise.
