Job Description:**Option:**
Architects will develop and design architectural plans and detailed drawings for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural solutions; conduct site assessments and feasibility studies; prepare and review technical documentation; utilize advanced CAD and BIM software; coordinate with external parties; monitor project progress and address design issues; ensure adherence to codes and regulations; participate in value engineering and cost estimation; and remain updated on industry advancements.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- ● 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design
- ● Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- ● Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- ● Demonstrated ability to develop detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
