Job Description:The incumbent will contribute to the architectural design process by providing support in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems for industrial, administrative, and commercial buildings. Responsibilities include constructing physical models, assisting in the preparation of graphic materials for client presentations, participating in research initiatives, supporting project leadership from conceptual design through construction documentation, reviewing shop drawing submittals, responding to client inquiries under supervision, utilizing REVIT to generate plans, elevations, and sections, coordinating project documents with other disciplines, attending project team meetings, participating in project presentations, and performing other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
- Experience in Interior and Exterior design of industrial, administrative and commercial buildings.
- Experience in Contracting field (Industrial / residential) is a MUST.
- Very good in (Proficiency in Revit is a MUST, SketchUp, D5, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator,3Dmax,Lumion,V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop and InDesign)
