Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily construction site operations, verifying architectural works adhere to approved drawings and specifications.
* Interpret architectural plans and ensure accurate on-site implementation of layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
* Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and facilitate project advancement.
* Conduct quality assurance inspections of work, materials, and finishes to guarantee compliance with design intent and established standards.
* Monitor project timelines, generate progress reports, and escalate any delays or issues impacting architectural elements.
* Recommend minor on-site modifications as necessary and update as-built drawings to reflect implemented changes.
* Participate in site meetings, provide status updates to clients and consultants, and address design-related inquiries.
* Verify adherence to health and safety regulations and sustainability guidelines within architectural works.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a site engineering role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
