Job Title: ArchitectLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 6,000 – 9,000Job Code: 282/001/157Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-OutWorking Days: Monday – SaturdayWorking Hours: As per company policy and project requirementsJob Brief:We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Architect with proven experience in residential high-end villa projects and commercial interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate must possess excellent design capabilities, strong technical drawing proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.Job Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings for residential high-end villas and commercial interior fit-out projects.Prepare and review 2D and 3D drawings, presentation boards, 3D models, and BIM files as required.Ensure all architectural drawings and designs comply with regional building codes, project specifications, and regulatory standards.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and ID teams to ensure proper integration of all technical elements.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and resolve architectural or technical issues.Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.Support material selection, design detailing, and preparation of BOQs related to architectural elements.Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.Review design changes, suggest improvements, and ensure design consistency throughout all project stages.Prepare documentation required for authority submissions and approvals.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of regional experience in architecture within the construction or interior fit-out industry — mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D/3D design, BIM, SketchUp, and Revit — required.Strong knowledge of regional building regulations, construction materials, and architectural detailing.Experience working on high-end villa projects and commercial interior fit-outs.Ability to read, interpret, and prepare architectural, structural, and MEP coordinated drawings.Strong visualization, design creativity, and technical drawing skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
