Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and architect Archer solutions that align with organizational goals and comply with industry regulations.
Configure the Archer platform by defining data fields, workflows, notifications, and reports.
Develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of the Archer platform.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the Archer solutions meet defined requirements.
Assist in the deployment and rollout of Archer solutions, providing end-user training and ongoing support.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management, compliance, and information security.
Skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. MBA a plus.
Proven experience as an Archer Solution Developer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of GRC concepts and experience with the Archer GRC platform.
Governance, Risk and Compliance / Risk Management Domain Knowledge.
Experience in GRC solution implementation.
Experienced in Agile development methodologies with experience working for Archer Product.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
